Why a Head Shave?
The Bare Naked Noggins was inspired by the efforts of Ethan Drage, whose head shave fundraiser at his elementary school last spring “razed” $11,000.
Like Ethan, we want to honor the bravery of people who live with epilepsy, and the many challenges they confront including the devastation of having to shave their heads when surgery is needed.
Ethan says, “I will be shaving my head to raise awareness… to prove that anyone can help no matter what size they are or how young.”
